  5. This is the batch file for loading the F-14 FLY BY animation series.
  6. It is the file that you click on from the desktop to run the
  7. entire animation.  But, you MUST boot this disk before you can 
  8. do that, because ANIMATOR.PRG has to be installed as a 
  9. GEM Document Type (under the Install Application menu item
  10. in the Options menu of the GEM Desktop) with the .RUN extender.
  11. The DESKTOP.INF file on this disk already takes care of that.

  13. If, for some reason, the .RUN file isn't installed, you can still run
  14. the animation by first running ANIMATOR.PRG, and at the first file
  15. selector, load FIGHTERS.PI1.  When you're asked if you want to chain files,
  16. answer YES, and then load FITERSB.DLT.  When you're asked if you want to
  17. chain files a second time, answer NO.  Then hit any function key to start
  18. the animation.

  20. The batch commands at the beginning of this file automatically
  21. do the above, and then turn forward looping on, and then set the
  22. animation to a speed of 0.

  24. After the animation has begun, you can press the HELP key for more
  25. information and a list of commands.

  27. You can install this animation on a hard disk, inside any subdirectory.
  28. After you do, however, highlight ANIMATOR.PRG and then install it
  29. (under the Install Application desktop option) with a .RUN extender
  30. (as a GEM application).  Don't forget to save the desktop after that.
  31. You can then use the batch file on your hard disk.
